Packaging and brand launch, Bengaluru
From registration to reorder.
Aavrit gets a consumer product ready to sell and ready to ship. We handle the company registration, the licences and the trademark, then print the labels, boxes and bags the product goes out in. Both halves, one studio in Bengaluru, from fifty pieces.
No stamping dies. No print plates. No five-thousand-unit minimum.
From 50 pieces
Minimum run on labels, foil work, printed mailers and cards.
No die charge
Foil and custom shapes are applied digitally, so there is no tooling to pay for.
5 days to reorder
Once your artwork and colour reference are on file with us.
Licences filed here
GST, FSSAI, trademark and incorporation, by the team that prints the label.
What we make
Built for launch quantities, not factory quantities
Our floor runs from fifty to about two thousand pieces. Below a converter’s minimum, above what a design studio can hand you. Most brands come for one format and stay for the rest, because the colour finally matches across the set.
Labels and stickers
Self-adhesive labels for bottles, jars, tubs and tubes, plus seals, neck tags and product stickers. Contour cut to any outline you draw. This is where most brands start and where the reorders live.
Stocks Coated paper, matt and gloss film, clear and white PP, textured, kraft
Finishes Matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination as standard, digital foil, contour cut
Minimum 50 pieces
Digital foil and specialty print
Real metallic foil on labels, cards, tags and box wraps, applied with heat rather than a stamping die. There is no tooling to buy, no minimum to hit, and changing the design next month costs nothing.
Foils Gold, silver, rose gold, copper, holographic
Applies to Labels, cards, hang tags, sleeves, inserts, certificates
Minimum 50 pieces
Mailer boxes and paper bags
Printed mailers in a premium and an economy build, plus branded paper bags in three sizes. Made up here in the studio, which is why a fifty-box launch run is a normal order rather than a favour.
Formats Tuck-top and rigid-feel mailers, small, medium and large bags, 3-ply shippers
Finishes Printed wraps, foil accents, laminated outers, custom inserts
Minimum 50 boxes, 100 bags
Pouches and outer shippers
Printed stand-up and flat pouches, and corrugated outers larger than we make in-house. We draw the artwork, hold the colour, approve the proof and inspect the delivery. Converting happens at a partner plant we have vetted.
Formats Stand-up, flat and centre-seal pouches, 3-ply and 5-ply shippers
We handle Artwork, dielines, colour approval, inspection, delivery
Minimum Partner minimums apply, usually from 1,000
How we think about it
A product has two problems, and nobody solves both
Before a product can sell it has to be legal. Before it can ship it has to be physical. In India those are two different industries and they never speak to each other.
The consultant who files your FSSAI licence has never seen your label. The printer who runs your label has no idea what that licence obliges it to carry. So the declaration is missing, the net quantity is in the wrong format, the batch and expiry fields have nowhere to sit, and you find out from a rejected consignment or an inspector.
Aavrit does both halves. That is less a broader service offering than a way of not making that mistake. When we lay out your label we are checking it against a registration we filed ourselves, on a file we already hold. It is also why we do not publish a price list: a thirty-millilitre serum in a mailer and a five-hundred-gram coffee pouch on a shelf are different problems that happen to share a word.
Where your job is actually made
We publish what we outsource
Every studio our size uses partners for some formats. Most will let you assume otherwise until the delivery arrives. We would rather you read it here, on the quote, and on the job sheet. Nothing on the managed side leaves without our colour approval and our inspection.

Capabilities
Four reasons brands stop shopping around
Digital foil, no die to pay for
Metallic foil is applied here with toner and heat rather than a stamping die. A gold-foiled label at fifty pieces costs what it costs, and redrawing it next month costs nothing extra. Conventional printers need a die and a thousand-piece run before the conversation starts.
Runs that match what you are selling
Fifty to two thousand pieces is the job, not the exception. Launch three variants, find out which one sells, reorder that one. You are not committing working capital to five thousand pouches of a flavour nobody wanted.
Colour that holds across reorders
Your approved profile, substrate and press settings stay on file. The run in month nine matches the launch run — which, over a year of reordering, matters more than any single print job.
Artwork checked against your own licence
Bleed, safe zones, dieline fit, barcode density and minimum type size, plus the declarations your category is legally obliged to carry. We check the second list because we filed the licence that creates it. Everything that would fail gets caught while the file is still a file.
Before the packaging
The part of starting a brand that nobody enjoys
Most founders reach us with a product and no company behind it. So we run the other half too. One contact, one timeline, and government fees charged at actuals with the challan attached. We bill for the work, never for the challan.
Register the business
The entity, the numbers and the bank paperwork, so you can invoice and take payments legally.
- Private limited, LLP or proprietorship
- PAN, TAN and GST registration
- Udyam and Startup India recognition
- Current account documentation
Get the licences your category needs
Which ones apply depends entirely on what you are selling. We tell you the real list, not the longest one.
- FSSAI, for anything edible
- Trade licence and shop establishment
- Legal metrology declarations
- Registered or virtual office address
Protect the name and dress the brand
The parts that decide whether the business is still yours in three years, and whether anyone buys it in the first three months.
- Trademark search and filing
- Logo, identity and packaging artwork
- Social handles and Google Business Profile
- First production run of labels and boxes
Filings are made through our empanelled chartered accountant and company secretary. Aavrit runs the process, holds the documents and answers the phone.
How we work
Five steps, and you know where the job is at every one
Most packaging goes wrong in the handover between people. Here the brief, the artwork, the proof and the production stay with one team, so the timeline you are given on day one is the timeline you get.
01
Brief
You tell us the product, where it ships and what it will sit next to on the shelf. If you already have a dieline, send it. If you do not, we will draw one.
02
Structure and dieline
We size the pack to the product rather than to a box we already stock. You get a flat dieline and a 3D mock-up to sign off before anything is printed.
03
Proof and sample
A printed sample on the actual substrate with the actual finish. Screens lie about foil, texture and kraft; paper does not.
04
Production
Print, finish, cut, quality-check and pack. Seven to ten working days as standard, quicker when the job and the calendar allow.
05
Reorder
Your files, colour profile and press settings stay on record. Repeat runs take five working days and a one-line message on WhatsApp.
Sample kits ship within two working days and the cost is credited against your first production order.
Who we make for
Categories we know well enough to argue with you about
D2C and e-commerce
Mailers that survive the courier network and still open well on camera, plus the dispatch labels.
Gourmet food and beverage
Pouches, labels and cartons that meet declaration rules without looking like a compliance document.
Beauty and personal care
Small-format labels on curved surfaces, plus outer cartons and inserts for the full set.
Candles and home fragrance
Foiled base labels, printed mailers and warning marks that do not fight the product.
Jewellery and accessories
Fitted inserts, foil and deboss where the box is a large part of what the customer is paying for.
Corporate gifting
Repeatable kits, batch-numbered runs and dispatch-ready packing for seasonal volumes.
Materials
Sustainability, without the badge
We stock kraft and recycled boards, and we specify mono-material pouches with our converters when your shelf life allows it. We recommend those choices when they are right for the job, and say so plainly when they are not.
Right-sizing beats relabelling
A box cut to the product uses less board, needs less void fill and costs less to ship. For most brands it is the single biggest environmental win available, and it happens to be cheaper.
Short runs mean less dead stock
Ordering five hundred instead of five thousand means a recipe change or a regulatory update does not send four and a half thousand printed cartons to landfill.
Honest about what recycles
Several laminates sold as eco-friendly are not recyclable in Indian waste streams. We would rather tell you that than print the symbol and let you find out later.
Before you write in
The questions every enquiry starts with
Anything not covered here, message the studio. We would rather answer a specific question than send a brochure.
What is your minimum order?
Fifty pieces on labels, foil work, cards and mailer boxes. One hundred on paper bags. Pouches and large corrugated go through a partner plant, where a thousand pieces is usually the floor. If your run sits below any of these, tell us anyway, because we can often gang it with another job.
How long does a job take?
Seven to ten working days from approved artwork for a first run, and five working days for a reorder. Dielines and samples sit ahead of that: allow two to three days for structure and two working days for a printed sample to reach you.
What artwork do you need from me?
Print-ready PDF or a native Illustrator or InDesign file with fonts outlined, images at 300dpi, 3mm bleed and the dieline on its own layer. If what you have is a JPEG your designer sent two years ago, say so — rebuilding it is usually a small job and always cheaper than a bad print run.
Can I see a sample before I commit?
Yes, and you should. A sample kit shows you the stocks, finishes and print quality in your hand. It ships within two working days and the cost is credited against your first production order.
Do you handle registration and licences too?
Yes, and roughly half our clients start there. Incorporation, GST, FSSAI, trade licence, shop establishment, trademark filing and a registered address if you work from home. Our fee covers the work and the coordination; government fees are charged at actuals with the challan attached. Filings go through our empanelled chartered accountant and company secretary.
Do you ship outside Bengaluru?
We ship across India. Bengaluru clients are welcome to collect from the studio or come in and look at a run being finished, which is worth doing at least once.
Send us the product. We will send back a spec, a price and a sample.
Tell us what the product is, roughly how many you need and when you need it. If packaging is not the right answer to your problem, we will say that too.
